[platform-ui-dev] API change in JFace and workbench

I've just released an API change in
JFace.

There are no affected clients outside
of the workbench, but if you retrieve the latest org.eclipse.ui.workbench
from HEAD, you will also need the latest org.eclipse.ui and org.eclipse.jface.
You will also need to load these from
HEAD if you are using the very latest field assist example from HEAD.

(I've also fixed the javadoc warning
in field assist).
