[platform-ui-dev] [CN] Updates to DND API

A few updates have been released to HEAD for the DND API. Any existing
clients (if any, I'm not aware of any current adopters) should pick up the
changes to ensure they are compliant. The reference implementation for
Resource DND has also been released.
