To follow up...
I'm still seeing lots and lots of bugs come in to the platform UI
bucket from UI committers. Please see http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/

list of platform UI component areas and the back of my hand for
motivation.

(A) Prepend the component area to the bug (e.g.,

owner.
Why? It saves Kim time, and we all love Kim.
Why wait until after creating the bug (B)? So anyone listening to
Platform-UI-Inbox@xxxxxxxxxxx will still get an email.
