[platform-ui-dev] Close unrelated projects

This week I added a new action to the
Navigator, "Close Unrelated Projects".  The idea is that
it quickly allows you to close the things you aren't working on, allowing
you to switch between unrelated development tasks that operate on disjoint
sets of projects.  I am mentioning it here because it's not an easy
feature to notice, and I would be curious to hear feedback on its usefulness
before M5 (there is a small amount of API involved).  So, if you have
