Due to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=105778 (Unneccessary 
NON-NLS should have its own preference) all of the UI plug-ins are showing 
errors now. 

Until this bug is fixed in you are using build 20050802 or greater you 
will have to change the Usage of Non Externalized Strings preference to 
something other than error while you are working from HEAD.
