[platform-ui-dev] Fw: Schema files changed to ascii

I've also updated the schema files in org.eclipse.ui.ide (all of them),
the .settings/*.prefs files in all our projects, and a handful of other
files that were incorrectly marked as binary.
It's probably simplest just to delete and reload everything from head.

Schema files changed to ascii
The following schema files in org.eclipse.ui were marked as binary:
encodings.exsd
presentationFactories.exsd
I've changed them to be ASCII (-kkv).
When doing these changes, it's important that everyone on the team reload.
This info doesn't come through on a sync.
Please delete and reload org.eclipse.ui, or use Properties > CVS >
Disconnect on the schema folder, then synchronize and Override and Update.
