[platform-ui-dev] 3.1 RC3 - Verification

I20050616-1228 is now available for some platforms.  If you have a moment, 
please try to verify your fixes for 3.1 RC3 as we will need to declare 
tomorrow.

This also means that it's time to accept that some of the stuff you are 
working on will not make it into 3.1 RC3.  The following people have open 
bugs assigned to 3.1 RC3 which are not yet fixed: Boris Bokowski, Kim Horne, 
Michael Van Meekeren, Nick Edgar, Paul Webster, Susan Franklin, and Stefan 
Xenos.
