We will be submitting to I20050215-0010.  Please try to leave CVS in a good 
state by 5 p.m.

The time has passed for major changes.  Please try to keep today's commits 
small.

Everyone still has bugs marked as 3.1 M5 that are not yet fixed.  Please 
either fix these bugs, or move them to 3.1 M6.

The test plan will be available later today.  The full test pass is scheduled 
for Wednesday, February 16th.
