[platform-ui-dev] Contributions Phase 1 Merged

The branch containing the first phase of the contributions work has been 
merged to head.  There is still a bit of touch-up that needs to be done, but 
it should work.

Things I'd like UI committers to do:
1.) Let me know if you have made any changes to "org.eclipse.ui.[internal.]
(commands|contexts|keys)[.ws]" in the past six weeks.  While I think the 
merge went well, these pieces changed quite radically; so I might have 
mishandled things.
2.) Let me know if you notice anything that's broken.
3.) Let me know if you notice anything that's visibly slower or faster.


Comments on the code itself are always welcome.
