[platform-ui-dev] M4 Test Plan

The M4 test plan is now available 
("http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/~checkout~/platform-ui-home/testfix/index.html";).  
The test pass will take place on Wednesday, December 15th.  Please wait for a 
test candidate to be declared before starting.

We'd like to invite members of the community to assist with the test pass.  If 
you would like to help, please join #eclipse-dev (irc.freenode.net) on the 
15th.
