The map file has been updated for M200409010800 (3.0.1 RC1).  The following 
fixes are included:
+ Bug 63324.  [ActionSets] Plugin not deactivated with Exception at startup()
+ Bug 64956.  [KeyBindings] TVT3.0: Error message on console during startup
+ Bug 70362.  [EditorMgmt] Topmost editor not properly restored
+ Bug 70503.  [Commands] ctrl+c, ctrl+v, ctrl+x accelerators dont work in some 
scenarios
+ Bug 71294.  Capabilities Preference Deselection.
+ Bug 71742.  [IDE] use long-running operations to set encoding
+ Bug 72585.  [ViewMgmt] Empty variables view, inspect disabled
+ Bug 72978.  [Actions] Get cancel status and new name from 
CopyProjectOperation
