Doug,

Did you release your projects to the
HEAD version of the org.eclipse.releng plugin? I compared the R3_0 version
with the R3_0_maintenance branch and didn't see the ui.map file. When releasing
to 3.0.1, you should have the R3_0_maintenance branch of org.eclipse.releng
loaded.
