[platform-ui-dev] Platform UI submitting to 4 p.m. build

We have discovered a few bugs for which we would like to submit fixes.  There 
are also some changes affecting larger number of files (e.g., icon changes).  
We know of no major changes outside of these fixes.  So, rather than try to 
submit only the necessary changes, we will be submitting all of Platform UI's 
changes from the past 24 hours.

Platform UI committers: please leave CVS in a good state for the next few 
hours.
