[platform-ui-dev] Commit rights for Andrew Eidsness






Andrew joined us back in January, came up to speed on the Workbench 
codebase very quickly, and has been providing high quality patches in a 
number of areas, including RCP and the R2.1 look.
I believe he has earned commit rights, and would like to nominate him.
