[platform-ui-dev] Build Submission (I200403231600)

Platform UI has updated their map for the 4 p.m. build today.  This change 
includes a large raft of icon updates, as well as several fixes.  The 
following projects have changed:
+ org.eclipse.ui
+ org.eclipse.ui.ide
+ org.eclipse.ui.views
+ org.eclipse.ui.workbench


While preparing the build submission, the following potential bugs were 
discovered:

Bug 55770 ("https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=55770";)
[Import/Export] ImportOperationTest fails on Linux

Bug 55772 ("https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=55772";)
[ViewMgmt] HideViewTest failure



We will need to provide a "go" or "no go" status on the 4 p.m. build when it 
becomes available.
