More news from the world of themes:

The extension element for gradients
(as well as the supporting classes) have been removed.  There have
been some new requirements placed on gradients and there  was insufficient
time to do them properly for 3.0.  If you wish to define gradients
you must instead define colors and use them accordingly.

To help you with this, we've added the
ability to associate arbitrary data with themes through the <data name=""
value=""/> element.  The data defined in this manner
may be obtained via ITheme.getString(String), ITheme.getInt(String) and
ITheme.getBoolean().  Additional gradient properties (percentages,
orientation) may be defined in this manner.
