[platform-ui-dev] vote for committer

Stefan has been a member of this team
for a few months now, working on drag/drop, views, editors, other stuff.
(many of these improvements were made on the new look stream).
I nominate Stefan Xenos as committer
for platform-ui projects and why not, I say.  His code is sweet and
fine.
