A TL is no different than anyone else.
If he has been providing verifiably good code for several months, then
by all means, give him commit rights.

It somehow doesn't seem right that a TL should have to come to his employees
to get his code submitted.  With this in mind, I'd like to propose
that commit rights be granted for Michael Van Meekeren on platform-ui projects.

Does anyone care to second this motion?
