[platform-ui-dev] adding improve's c sharp plugin

Hi,
when i want to add improve's c sharp plugin, i can't choose the install
location. If i go into a directory (e.g. /opt), the message is: Target
install location must be selected. If none is available, create a new
one. If I click on a directory, a message pops up: Invalid Location:
Target location already exists. What am I doing wrong?
