[platform-ui-dev] request vote for commit rights - kim horne

Kim Horne has been a member of the platform-ui
team for a couple of months now. 
She has been working in jface on dialogs
and preference pages, and most recently with the roles/activities work.


I propose that we vote Kim as a committer
on platform-ui projects.
Could others familiar with Kim's work
consider voting as well?
