[platform-ui-dev] Build Submission (I20031111)

The build submission is complete for tomorrow's integration build.  This 
will be the first integration build to include the RCP changes.  All 
projects have changed, except for "org.eclipse.ui.win32" (which means OLE 
support for embedded editors will be broken in this integration build).

Nick is working toward a last-minute change to the preference page layout, 
which he hopes to have ready for tomorrow's build.  This might mean that 
the map file will be updated again between now and tomorrow morning. 
Please try to keep risky changes from the head until tomorrow's build is 
underway.
