[platform-ui-dev] revised generic workbench (RCP UI) proposal

We've just posted a significant revision of the proposal for the "Enable 
Eclipse to be used as a rich client platform" plan item 
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=36967). This was one of our 
3.0 M2 objectives - so we're only a couple of days late :-(

From here on in, we'll be evolving the proposal on a continuous basis as 
we work through the proposed solution in a CVS branch. Comments are
