Re: [platform-ui-dev] unsolved old bugs

Joseph,
We will be going through the defect reports and enhancement requests and
determining which ones to address for the next release, however we will
not be able to address all of them. As always, the best ways to indicate
the level of important you place on a bug report are:
- adjust the severity field accordingly (not the priority field, which we
use for our own prioritization),
- vote for it,
- or, since this is an open source project, work on it and supply a patch
We also consider the number of cc's on a bug report as a measure of its
level of interest.
As for the "What's New" sections in the developer documentation, we were
unable to do this in the documentation we shipped for 2.1, but will update
our team page with this info. Stay tuned!

Congratulations for version 2.1...
Before releasing version 2.1 alot of the opened bugs where commented by
nick edgar as:
There are no plans for the UI team to work on this defect until higher
priority
items are addressed. If you are interested in working on this defect
please
let
us know on the platform-ui-dev mailing list.
are you going to work on these bugs or the bug owner must trigger the bug
again through the mailing list or through bugzilla?
also i want to remind nick edgar about his promise for "what's new in
version 2.1" for the platform plugins user guide where the new classes,
interfaces, behaviour is explained
