I don't know the answer, but I do know how to fish:
1. Import the Eclipse binary plug-ins into your workspace (you can get the CVS 
versions later, once you know which projects you need). 
File->Import->Plug-ins and Fragments->...
2. In the Java Perspective, bring up the Open Type dialog by clicking the 
button in the toolbar or hitting CTRL+SHIFT+T
3. Type "Editor" and scan the results. If what you want isn't there, play with 
wild cards (e.g. "*Editor*")
