An improved UI was checked in to HEAD this afternoon. You can now customize
any key sequence. You need to physically type the key sequence in:
i.e. 'Ctrl+Shift+F10', for instance. Just look at some of the default key
sequences for examples of the format. This will be documented shortly.

Sorry you can't simply press the accelerator and have it captured. I would
like this at some point, but there are some OS & SWT issues in capturing
accelerators in this manner.

I am hoping there will be a snowball effect over the next couple of weeks
where debug, jdt, etc. will make sure to properly publish as many actions
as possible to take advantage of the keybindings. I will be following up
with the team leads in these areas to ensure you see your debug actions,
etc...
