I would like to propose that we grant commit rights to Chris McLaren. He
has been working on the UI team for 5 months now, helping out with the
Tasks view, External Tools, and most recently the new key binding support.
His changes have shown a consistently high quality and a good
understanding of the overall UI codebase.
We will hold the vote today and tomorrow and decide on Friday.
