[platform-ui-dev] Decorators in the ResourceNavigator 
The decorator icons (JDT/Team) seem to almost entirely obscure the original
Icon they are decorating.
Is it possible that they only partially overlap the base icon, perhaps half
of their width or 4 pixels?  I'm not sure if this will affect Tree
indentation.

Also, compile errors/warning would be easier to see because they would hang
4 pixels further to the left when compared to resources without errors.
