[platform-ui-dev] Editor management view

I've uploaded the "EditorList" view that I've been working on for bug 
http://dev.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=10941 as an attachment to the bug 
report.

Feel free to try this feature and provide feedback. If it gets to a point 
where people like it, I'd like for this code to be accepted into the code 
base.

It should be noted that the current working set implementation is not 
intended to be production-quality code. It's simply there to give a flavor of 
what I'd like to do when the real working set framework is implemented.
