Please nominate me as text committer, AFAIK I have reviewed lots of
incoming Gerrit review to make the final review for you or Markus
easier and faster. If I could work on the simple things directly that
would be helpful.

Still my prefer option is to roll text into platform.ui, I don't think
all platform UI committer will immediately work on it but at least we
would adknowledge the fact that currently text does not receive
sufficient attention at the moment.
