[platform-text-dev] How to associate file without extension to Editor ?

When extending the extension point org.eclipse.ui.editors, if extensions field is empty, the editor will never associated with any file (except filenames field is specified).
If any value fills in this field, the editor will associated with just the extensions in the list.

If i want to associate the file without extension, how to achieve it ?
