[platform-team-dev] The severity of "No strictly compatible JRE for execution environment available" is set to error 
I changed the severity of  "No strictly compatible JRE for execution
environment available" JDT preference to error on all Resources and Team
projects.

You need to add compatible jres to your Eclipse that match execution
environments of  Team and Resources plug-ins in your workspace.
Once you handle it, you will not be able to use inappropriate Java API e.g.
from newer Java versions.

You may also configure the PDE Execution Descriptions to show errors about
using inappropriate API, however it seems that some,
especially new contributors do not have it configured properly.
