I've released the patch to the old codebase just so it isn't lost. I don't need a bug report since the code isn't live anymore.

As your patch is against functionality provided by
Platform/Team (though not maintained), I'd suggest
filing the bug against Platform/Team.

For moving into DSDP/TM, you can then reference your
new bug by a comment in
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=185926
which we use for the migration efforts.
