I took a quick look today at QuickDiff, because I want QuickDiff support in my 
Team Provider plugin, like CVS has.  At a glance, it seems that a lot of what 
the CVS team has done is really fairly generic.

Has anyone considered that Team ought to write a QuickDiff provider, with a 
very small interface to Team Providers (maybe as simple as returning an 
InputStream).
