I assume that you know that the SWT
javadoc is available online here:
http://help.eclipse.org/helios/index.jsp?topic=/org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv/reference/api/overview-summary.html

Yes, it is part of the Eclipse javadoc,
and you do need to scroll down until you see the set of org.eclipse.swt.*
packages, however you don't need to download or run Eclipse to do this.
