I've never seen a crash log like that before, please log a report with swt ( https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Platform&component=SWT ), and provide a way to reproduce the problem (ideal means is a snippet of form http://www.eclipse.org/swt/faq.php#whatisasnippet ). I don't know of a workaround to offer in the meantime, other than to see if using a different XULRunner version makes a difference.
