What is the correct solution for this?  I am following the OpenJDK BSD port (bringing OpenJDK to OS X) and I ran into this issue over the weekend as I was testing the Latest binary build.  It seems that Soylatte understands the flag, but OpenJDK does not.

Should OpenJDK understand this flag?  Or should another way of conveying the same information be used (I am not sure what the purpose of this flag is).
