A Cocoa build should be available soon. You can add yourself to bug 242779 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=242779) if you'd like to stay up to follow the progress.

I notice that the eclipse.org/swt does not have a development plan for 3.5. Is there one and the web site has not been updated? 
Also, when do you think you will have some beta build for the new MAC cocoa port? I think you would get more people testing if the users did not have to build it from CVS.
