Thread-topic: Eclipse internal browser grayed out

I am using Eclipse 3.2.0 on Windows XP Professional.

Sometimes the html files use the external browser disabling the internal browser usage.

The same file opens in internal browser on other systems with same configuration of Eclipse.

What requirement does the internal browser does not meet that it is opened with external browser and why does the internal browser selection gets grayed?

Any help is highly appreciated.
