Doesn't nebula provide a DateWidget too?

Unfortunaly, I can't do so. I have a task to develop a combo with popup calendar.
The clalendar must directly support user locale.
So, I am supposed to develop another calendar for direct internationalization support.

It should just work. The calendar is a native windows control.
Go to the Control Panel, and select "Regional and Language Options" and
    change your locale.
For example, if I change to "French (Canada)" then the SWT Calendar
    looks
    like this:

I've looked into the source of DateTime component
and I haven't found any way to use it with internationalization.
Are there any possibilities to supporn I18N?

    Thank in advance.
