Fw: [platform-swt-dev] Commit Rights for Kevin Barnes

I would like to finish this process soon so Kevin can start releasing
code.
Mcq, Kevin already has four pluses and no minuses. Could you please
forward the request of commit right for kevin to the PMC ?

he has been making SWT contributions daily for over 6 months now.
