It is in the 3.3M2 examples plug-in,
but is not launchable through the swt examples launcher view.  You
can do one of the following:

- get the example plug-ins from tomorrow's
(Sept. 26) integration build and runs the Advanced Graphics example in
its swt examples launcher view (I've updated this item to point at the
new example)
- get it from CVS: it's in the org.eclipse.swt.examples
project, class GraphicsExample
