It is a platform specific issue.  There is no control over the scroll bar display policy of a native control.  If you reach in and hide the scroll bar, Windows will just make it visible whenever it wants and there is no guarantee that scrolling will work.

Do we have plan to support the function to hide the scrollbar of Table in Windows platform, current scrobar setvisible(false) function of Table is not work on Windows. Is it a platform specific issue?
