[platform-swt-dev] Building libswt-mozilla-motif-xxxx.so

New to the list and becoming familiar with building eclipse
from source. I can't locate which makefile builds 
libswt-mozilla-motif-xxxx.so. I see where the gtk version
is created, but have searched a bunch and can't locate the
makefile or build.xml for the motif one. It's not getting built
and I'd like to diagnose why. Any pointers appreciated.
