[platform-swt-dev] SWT examples

I’ve recently downloaded eclipse (v 2.1.2) and was attempting to learn about SWT. I did a search in the help window and found references to standalone examples. According to the help text, these examples should be found in a zip archive that is included with the eclipse download. The archive mentioned is:

 

INSTALLDIR\eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.swt.examples_2.1.0\swtexamplessrc.zip

 

However, this directory path does not exist. The closest matches are:

 

INSTALLDIR\eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.swt.win32_2.1.2

INSTALLDIR\eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.swt_2.1.2

 

The eclipse help and online help available from the www.eclipse.org web site both reference the examples archive, yet it does not seem to exist.

 

Does anyone have any idea as to what’s wrong?
