As valuable as the snippets are, it would be helpful to have a brief 
comment on the class indicating what the snippet is illustrating.  At 
least the summary line from the snippet TOC, but perhaps it could include 
a high level summary of the implementation details too.

is there anyway to display tooltip txt in an HTML manner?
how can  display bold text in a tooltip text?
