[platform-swt-dev] System tray icon support for SWT win32

Can someone take a look at the work I did for supporting system tray icons
for the win32 port of SWT?

Is it worthy of proposal?

I am working on ports for GTK (Gnome and KDE) and plan to have code by the
end of the month.
