[platform-swt-dev] SWT ports

I looked at the list of platforms that SWT has been ported to, and it seemed a little skimpy...

Of course, with the lawsuit in progress not many people would want to consider porting SWT to SCO OpenServer 5 or SCO UnixWare 7, but there would be a market for it.
