Please entre a bug report against Platform SWT to get this enhancement.
Note that licensing is already support for ActiveX Controls within SWT so
the JNI calls for IClassFactory2 already exist. However, CoCreateInstance
does quite a bit of work for free (much more than just creating the
instance) so I believe it is not trivial to add licensing support for OLE
Documents.

I'd like to request support for licensed COM controls (those that support
the IClassFactory2 interface) in SWT. This would require adding a method
to
swtole.c that would take a license string and call
IClassFactory2::CreateInstanceLic. In addition, modifications would need
to
made to COM and OleClientSite to call the the licensed method instead of
CoCreateInstance when supplied with a license.
