I thought "the carrier" had immunity, on the condition that he takes down
infringing material when requested ... Anyway, they ask for a name and an
email address. In case of trouble, they could always disclose what they know
about the culprit. And it is definitely not their job to remind everybody of
the law, or ask people to "agree" to the law. We have governments for that.
