You can enter a feature request at
http://dev.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_feature.cgi
Select "Platform" and then SWT as the component.
You will be prompted to create a new Bugzilla account if you don't already
have one. Setting one up is pretty straightforward.

Subject: Re: Re: [platform-swt-dev] Questions about swt api
Hi
I send a more detailed describtion to Boris upon his question... was meant
for this maillinglist, but Im not that used to maillinglists and
newsgroups.
The reason I asked the question was, I thought swt was using native
components, but on native windows components u can drag a column... So I
just thought I might had missed some method or similar.
With my brief knowledge of swt im quit sure I can 'fake' the dragging,
though, when creating some components with swt it wasnt my intention to
'hack' the current design.
I will file a featue-request.... If I can find the right place :)
Stig
